What we do
Marzim develops, manufactures and commercializes knitted Apparel: Menswear and Womenswear.
Marzim offers to Customer a complete service, which begins with the development of the model and ends with the delivery of the final product.
Accordingly to the Customer demand Marzim can work different materials with different treatments, special dyes and innovative details in washes, nice printings, embroideries or other application.
At Marzim the most basic article can be produced, but, in fact, we are stronger in high quality fashion elaborate items production.
Marzim´s production cycle comprises the Development of the Models, Modelling , Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packaging and Expedition.
Development of Models
The Model can be developed at Marzim according to the customer idea or following the sketch sent by the Customer.
Modelling
The models or designs from each Customer are converted into patterns by using a proper design software.
Then a Proto is developed following the Customer requirements but taking also into account, considering also the functionality of the item elaboration -it has to be workable in production – and the maximization of fabric. Once the approval has been given by the Customer the Sales Samples are produced.
Cutting
Cutting is one of the main stages in the production process.
After the study of optimising the fabric consumption, the cutting plan is elaborated and the garments are cut under the maximum accuracy.
Sewing
In the sewing area all the pieces are sewn under a strict control searching for the highest quality.
Finishing and Packaging
All the pieces are controlled and then packed according to the customer requirements.They are sent to the expedition sector to be sent finally to the deliveryaddress given by the Customer.
